Lunch with the League

You are invited to join us for a series of brown bag lunches on topics important to LWV Chicago. Drinks and desserts will be provided--just bring your own lunch. These informal meetings are open to the general public.
The meetings begin at 12:15 pm, and are held at the League of Women Voters office at 332 S. Michigan Ave, Suite 1150, Chicago. Topics are tentative
September 15, 2010: BP Oil Spill. Our guest speaker will be Bill Simes, a Scene-Coordinator with EPA's Superfund Division.
October 13, 2010: Climate Change. Instead of our usual meeting time and place, we will meet at 10 am at the Field Museum for a guided tour of the new exhibit on Climate Change. The cost of the special exhibit is $5.00, in addition to museum admission. Call the League office to make a reservation or send email to preslwvchicago@gmail.com.
